KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

· Creating long‑term sales plans and continuously aligning them with consumer needs.

· Leading Supply Chain inputs into the monthly S&OP process in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Manufacturing.

· Managing forecasting processes including volume phasing, risks & opportunities, key assumptions, and monthly plan updates for Factories and Finance.

· Ensuring forecast accuracy through KPI tracking (service fulfillment, forecast accuracy/bias, stock levels).

· Collaborating closely with commercial and operations teams to optimize inventory, control service risks, and improve planning outcomes.

· Overseeing product launches and delistings with Marketing and Sales, ensuring smooth integration into the supply chain and minimizing waste.

· Continuously improving planning processes and developing planning tools in line with business needs.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

· Minimum Bachelor’s degree

· Experience in demand planning

· High proficiency in Windows/Microsoft based products; advanced Excel - literacy

· FMCG experience and SAP; SAP APO experience could be an advantage

· Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize effectively and work under pressure

· Strong organizational and communication skills, with an ability to express ideas, plans & priorities in a concise manner at all levels

· Desire to represent the Supply Chain and to take decisions in a dynamic fast-paced environment

· Good knowledge of English language in speech and writing

· Relationship building - ability to develop effective working relationships, both internally & externally
