KEY TASKS AND RESPONISIBILITIES:

  • Leading a Team: Responsibility for organizing the work of the Supply Chain Finance Department, delegating and scheduling tasks and monitoring the delivery of work tasks. Control existing and improving internal processes in order to optimize and rationalize business operations. Work on cooperation within the department and work on relations with other organizational units and stakeholders.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Preparing and interpreting supply chain cost analysis through a standard set of reports and ad hoc reports. Ensure supply chain operating costs reporting and planning (understanding the data, and providing timely comments in relation to the plan, estimate, last year, etc.). Own and improve cost calculation and cost allocation standard methodology. Ensure business and financial performance monitoring by providing various financial analyses and proactive advice (cost analysis, SKU / unit cost analysis, deviations in raw materials, COGS inflation, etc.). Preparation of feasibility studies (analysis of investments in new freezers, warehouses, production lines, vehicles and similar capital investments of supply units).
  • Risk Analysis: Identify and analyze variances in production costs and act in eliminating identified risks. Identifying risks and opportunities within the supply chain.
  • Planning and Forecasting: Active participation in annual and strategic planning, coordination and direction of distribution, procurement and production team in order to meet deadlines and goals, and understanding and clarifying changes compared to previous periods. Monitor the execution of business goals, and timely point deviations and possible consequences in relation to the achievement of the annual plan, estimates, last year, etc. Development and improvement of planning and forecasting processes, with a particular focus on operating costs within production and distribution, and the accuracy of working capital forecasts. Development of KPIs for more accurate monitoring and improvement of operations within the supply chain.
  • Tools Development and Process Improvements: Development of IT solutions (TM1, Cognos, SAP C4 HANA), and development of new tools for forecasting and reporting. Testing / upgrade requests / automation of SAP tools in the field of supply chain. Active work on report automation (give suggestions for automation, and actively monitor implementation). Challenging business to achieve long-term and short-term simplifications. Anticipation of systemic needs and proactive setting of systems and processes.
  • Project Participation: Participation and support in cluster projects (initiative for optimization of the production site, optimization of the warehouse location, etc.). Monitoring initiatives to optimize operating costs. Generating and implementing working capital efficiency initiatives related to inventories and liabilities. Participate in the development of predictive analytics to support supply chain activities (S&OP/E).
  • Implementation of defined SOX controls in accordance with the CAPD.
  • Coordination of transfer pricing changes implementation.
  • Development of CAPEX studies.
  • Coordination and preparation of OPEX reports in the field of supply chain (ensure timely and quality comments in relation to the plan, estimate, last year, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with all the deadlines.

                            REQUIREMENTS FOR KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

                            • Bachelor' s degree: Bachelor's degree in economics/mathematics
                            • Work experience: 3 years in supply chain controlling, and more than 5 years in controlling
                            • Advanced knowledge of Ms Office applications.
                            • Good command of spoken and written English and local language
                            • Required skills: good communication, analytical and organizational skills
