WORK PLACE
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Delivering OpX initiatives for the ongoing year
- Drive the process of delivering savings year on year
- Own the overall OpX Masterplan and strategy
- Build the OpX capability for leadership team and shop floor operators
- Coaching production team on daily management systems and operational reviews
- Perform Site Loss Analysis and help leadership team align strategy to loss – builds the capability and leads initiatives to eliminate top Loss; Drives the Zero Loss Culture
- Actively seeks to implement and share best practice with NF OpX network
- Handles the change management for any large initiatives
- Drive digitalization initiatives
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
- 2-3 years’ experience with implementation of OpX projects
- General understanding of Lean, TPM, TPS or WCM principles
- Experience working in manufacturing shop floor
- Project management experience
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Outgoing person with great communication skills
- Needs to be confident to work with senior management team as well as shop floor teams
- Change Agent; works comfortably with Impact & Influence, pushes the leadership team toward same goal!
- Never fully satisfied, with strong continuous improvement mindset
