KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Coordination of IT projects for affiliated companies of the NFA Adriatic Group
- Implementation of changes in systems according to the change management procedure
- Management of incidents and escalations in the application portfolio using group ITSM tool
- Close cooperation with external service providers and ensuring adequate and timely support
- Analysis of business processes and user needs
- Implementation of new information systems and work with project team
- Support for users in the implementation of information systems
- Adherence to internal regulations and SOX controls execution
- Task execution in according to with integrated system management Controls
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Committed to teamwork and constantly seeking ways to improveprocesses and outcomes
- Strong analytical skills
- Three or more years of relevant experience working within SAP environments
- VSS - mathematics or informatics major
- Advanced knowledge of transactional information systems and relational databases
- Project management experience; prior experience in the FMCG industry and working across multiple teams is considered as a plus
- Good knowledge of English and local language
- Adaptable and effective in dynamic and multicultural environments
