JOB DESCRIPTION:
- creation and implementation of brand strategy and communication strategy at the Adriatic cluster level
- managing the development and implementation of the brand's marketing plan
- participation in clearly defining the marketing mix for the brand
- development of new product concepts (innovation) through close cooperation with the development department and implementation of the new product launch plan through the coordination of all relevant departments
- analysis and optimization of the brand portfolio and proposal to discontinue the product
- necessary analyzes as part of assessing the situation of the brand's performance and identifying opportunities for growth and encouraging profitability and other key indicators of the brand in all markets
- continuous monitoring of the market, recognition of market trends and consumer needs
- cost management and marketing budget control for the brand
- presentation of strategy and new products to all markets
- continuous monitoring of sales in all markets, proposing a corrective action plan
- building productive working relationships with other departments, the Nomad Foods central team and markets within the Adriatic cluster
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- You have a bachelor's / Master's degree in economics
- You have 3 or more years of experience in brand management and related positions
- You know computer work very well (MS Office)
- You have an excellent command of spoken and written English and the local language
- You have well-developed presentation and communication skills
- You have a category B driver's license
