MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Brand Strategy Development and Implementation:

  • Development and implementation of brand strategy at the Adriatic cluster level.
  • Development and implementation of the brand communication strategy for the Adriatic cluster.
  • Managing the development and implementation of the brand's marketing plan in all markets.
  • Leading development and adaptation of all master materials according to market needs, defining 360 media plans according to inputs and aligning with the media excellence team.

Innovation and Product Management. Collaboration with the R&D department to create new product concepts (innovations) and coordinating the new product launch plan involving all relevant departments. Analyzing and optimization of the brand portfolio, including recommendations for product discontinuation.

Marketing Mix coordination: Participation in a clearly defined marketing mix for the brand: products, prices, distributions and promotions for all markets.

Market Analysis and Performance Assessment:

  • Conducting ongoing assessments of consumers, categories, channels/customers and competitors’ data to evaluate brand performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Continuous monitoring of sales in all markets and proposing corrective action plans.
  • Ensuring thorough analysis and continuous monitoring to enhance brand profitability and other key brand indicators in all markets.
  • Continuous monitoring of the market, recognition of market trends and consumer needs.
  • Recommending solutions and implementing enhancements to achieve annual goals.

Managing promotional activities. Defining and coordinating activities for the production of promotional materials for category/brands on the market.

BTL activations and trade marketing collaboration. Design all BTL consumer activations and collaboration with trade marketing to develop custom actions.

Assortment management. Participation in defining a mandatory assortment (OA) for the local market in accordance with trade marketing.

Budget and Cost Management. Cost management and marketing budget control for the brand. Presentation of strategy and new products to all markets.

Collaboration and Relationship Building. Building productive working relationships with other departments and markets within the Adriatic cluster, external partners and agencies. Cooperation and support for trade marketing/sales.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Complete independence in work, demonstrating persistence and resourcefulness
  • Relevant experience in R&D stakeholder management, managing brand strategies and innovation development
  • Excellent understanding of Adriatic cluster market trends
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate with all levels of stakeholders
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Advanced use of English and local language
  • Category B driver's license
