MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand Strategy Development and Implementation:
Innovation and Product Management. Collaboration with the R&D department to create new product concepts (innovations) and coordinating the new product launch plan involving all relevant departments. Analyzing and optimization of the brand portfolio, including recommendations for product discontinuation.
Marketing Mix coordination: Participation in a clearly defined marketing mix for the brand: products, prices, distributions and promotions for all markets.
Market Analysis and Performance Assessment:
Managing promotional activities. Defining and coordinating activities for the production of promotional materials for category/brands on the market.
BTL activations and trade marketing collaboration. Design all BTL consumer activations and collaboration with trade marketing to develop custom actions.
Assortment management. Participation in defining a mandatory assortment (OA) for the local market in accordance with trade marketing.
Budget and Cost Management. Cost management and marketing budget control for the brand. Presentation of strategy and new products to all markets.
Collaboration and Relationship Building. Building productive working relationships with other departments and markets within the Adriatic cluster, external partners and agencies. Cooperation and support for trade marketing/sales.
