YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead culinary execution for sell-ins, brand days, training sessions, expos, and other customer events.
- Develop sales toolkits and assets for local teams, run tastings and internal food events, and bring strategic priorities to life through food.
- You will create and refine bench recipes for priority projects, support concept development, and help ensure prototypes reflect consumer needs, product strategy, and cluster priorities.
- You'll collaborate with chefs, agencies, suppliers, and colleagues across multiple functions.
- Capture insights, share culinary trends, and help strengthen briefs and early gate decisions.
YOU HAVE...
- Strong chef background with experience from events, tastings, demos, or customer-facing culinary work.
- Ability to turn our products into compelling menus and tasting experiences.
- Hands-on experience developing recipes, adapting concepts, and working with bench-scale prototypes.
- Flexibility to travel, including early starts or occasional evening activities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Fluency in English.
- Experience from FMCG is an advantage.
