Patagonia squid is a high quality product with firm flesh that is not significantly reduced in cooking, making every meal perfect.
Product requires defrosting at room temperature prior to preparation. Thawed squid can be filled with rice and tentacles and cooked in a tomato sauce, or can be pan fried or deep fried, which takes only 2–3 minutes. Serve stuffed squid with fresh parsley and fried squid with tartar sauce and a refreshing wedge of lemon.
